    • We specialize in the area of private equity capital (Venture Capital - Series A to C) although we can also assist in debt and grant funding. Private equity funding has been from Business Angels, High Net Worth Individuals and Venture Capital entities where we have an extensive network in the US and EU. We only approach knowledgeable, professional investors.
    • We understand that there are many different attitudes to risk and external investment amongst owner/managers as there are businesses and sources of funds. One of our keys roles is to advise you of the advantages and disadvantages of each type of funding and the impact on you, your team and your business.
    • We match our understanding of your ambitions and requirements with an equal understanding of funding sources and their processes. It is all too easy to lose time by pursuing inappropriate sources of funds and putting together investment propositions that contain too many barriers to investment and are unlikely to succeed. Of course we cannot guarantee success but we can greatly improve your chances. There are many steps in a fund-raising process and, consequently, many opportunities to get it wrong.     • Two of the greatest barriers to successfully raising private equity funds are convincing the investor(s) of the capability of the management team to deploy the funds appropriately and also, the lack of a well thought through exit strategy that the investor(s) believe can and will be executed. We are well placed to advise on these critical issues.
    • Trust. When it comes to fund raising, particularly equity funding, and brokering introductions to potential investors, trust is a critical issue. Professional investors are never short of investment opportunities, many of which are unsolicited.
