Prior to this Neil spent 16 years in various sales. marketing and general management positions working with Packard Biosciences, Perkin Elmer Applied Biosystems and MDS Sciex. Experienced in capital equipment, consumables, reagents and services in the life science, general analytical and process markets. At Packard Biosciences Neil was responsible for all European direct and distributor operations with revenues of >$100M and >150 employees. Neil has a degree in Medicinal Chemistry.

She has 8 years experience as a research scientist followed by 9 years in Pan European technical sales and marketing roles promoting high technology products to the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Food, Cosmetic, Chemical & Petrochemical market sectors.
Since 1993 Jayne has been a recruitment/ HR consultant where she has largely focussed on the life science and interrelated technology sectors. Here Jayne has applied her broad scientific and business experience to successfully complete many international search assignments in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, instrumentation, fine chemicals and the contract research sectors.

Chris joined george james ltd in 2011 having spent 18 highly successful years in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry. His early success in growing strategically important accounts together with strong leadership and passion for personal growth, led him to develop into a highly effective leader of people. Pivotal to his success was the ability to effectively recruit and develop teams.
His later roles became more strategic, embracing sales director and marketing director positions. As sales director, Chris led a UK sales directorate of 250 people generating substantial growth across the portfolio, trebling sales over an eight year period.
He was a member of the leadership team whose priority was to enable the development and movement of people across the organisation. Consistent focus on creating a passionate, honest and innovative culture was one of the key reasons why since 2007, the organisation achieved four consecutive placings in the Sunday Times Best 100 companies, the highest ever achieved for a pharmaceutical company.
Chris has experience in European Marketing having led the European marketing function responsible for the life cycle management of key brands. Chris led several project teams comprising of business development, R&D, regulatory, legal, medical, marketing and sales effectiveness and communications. He was a member of the European Executive Committee whose function was to manage European operations, reporting to the Board.

"Marby" has worked with george james ltd since 2005 specialising in recruitment, initially providing research services identifying and networking with potential candidates. Since 2009 she has run her own recruitment projects specialising in the Life Science market.
Prior to this Marby was at Gyros AB, a start up company, as a senior European product specialist responsible for pre and post customer support across Europe. She was instrumental in coordinating technical interactions between several seed sites across Europe and Gyros R&D as well as implementations of customer training programmes and representing the company at technical meetings. Marby has also worked for Biacore and Bio-Rad Laboratories in both sales and support roles. Marby has a PhD in Protein Biochemistry from Warwick, from where she moved to Oxford Brookes to carry out Postdoctoral research.

Heather joined george james ltd in 2014 following a successful career spanning 21 years of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and business development in the life science sector. Heather has success in sales of reagents, services and high value capital instrumentation
This experience was gained working for both established brand leaders such as Applied Biosystems, Boehringer Mannheim and smaller companies introducing new technologies including Biacore, Gyros, BioVeris, Aushon Biosystems and NanoString.
Heather has worked extensively across the European market selling to pharma/biotech, academia, research institutions and applied markets including forensics and biodefence.
Heather has a degree in Biochemistry and Physiology.

Andrew has operated as a Senior Executive, Board Director, Company Owner and a Business Consultant for the last 30 years.
Andrew trained as a scientist and his early career was working for Associated Engineering a UK Headquartered, FTSE listed, global engineering group. In the early 1990’s Andrew transitioned into the software industry, initially in Professional Services with The CMC Partnership Ltd before moving on to an International Business Development role for Cedardata Software, a FTSE listed company. Andrew worked on assignments in North America, Europe and the Far East. Andrew managed large consultancy teams, developed international networks, researched and developed new lines of business, raised funds and led acquisitions. It was during this period that Andrew had first-hand experience of the transition from a privately-owned company to a public corporation through an IPO.
In 2002 Andrew founded JBA Consulting Limited. JBA worked with software companies to help them develop and implement Accelerated Growth and Internationalization strategies.
Andrew worked with companies of all sizes, both publicly quoted and privately owned, and across three continents, North America, Europe and Australasia.
In 2011 Andrew joined Drive Software Solutions as CEO and guided the company through a period of significant transition and growth.
